If you think that excellent food combining is just for taste / texture / pleasure and has nothing to do with ABSORPTION and DIGESTION than I hope this video will turn one more light bulb or make you think otherwise. All I can say is that if you break this link, the food combining link in the Nutrition chain than you will have a broken Nutrition and Nutrition is one of the links or shall we say areas / factors that make up the chain of Health. So far I have found no pill or magic wand that would give us immunity to the consequences of breaking the Laws of Nature. So you would think that Raw Vegans or 811Raw Vegans who are the most conscious groups of people when it comes to nutrition at least, would all know and follow this food combining Law of Nature all the time just like 10’s of millions of species of animal on this planet do every day.
