Honey isn’t gonna do much for a stretch mark. Actually there are NO real remedies for stretch marks, unforunately. Mederma is good for scars and is found at drug stores. Careful with hydroquinine as it has been banned in almost all other countries other than the U.S. It can cause cells to mutate and become cancerous. Kojic acid is a popular substitute a lot of companies are switching too. If the scar is hyperpigmented a laser treatment might help, but if it’s white there isn’t any real treatments out there right now. I’m an aesthetician at a medical spa. http://www.wellquest.md Also check out http://www.skinprint.com is you want an accurate skin analysis.

Stretch marks and scars can be removed by massaging cocoa butter, shea butter, Vitamin E oil or taking Vitamin E capsules. More home remedies are listed at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/stretchmarks…

I have never heard of honey reducing the size of stretch marks. However vitamin K as well as vitamin E will help to lighten the scar (stretch marks) as well as hyroquinone, which is a bleaching cream. You can purchase a fade cream that contains Hyroquinone at any drugstore. They are all 2%. Anything stronger has to be prescribe by your doctor. With the 2%, it will take anywhere from 2 to 4 months before you actually see an improvement. There is also a scar patch you can also buy at the drugstore than works the best. The key is to make sure you wear sunscreen after it’s faded otherwise the sun will cause the melotonin in your skin to darken again.
